Who is building Interview OS?
Kathula Sreeja (BTF-023) and Padigela Swathi (BTF-024) are final-year CSE students at MVSR Engineering College. Unlike some fellows, they had never built a project before, and they joined close to the end of college, with placements around the corner.
The problem
They saw that for many freshers the barrier is not marks, talent or technical knowledge. It is performing in the interview itself: even "Tell me about yourself" can be hard. Students rarely get guidance on how to frame and deliver their answers.
What Interview OS will do
Interview OS helps students reduce interview anxiety, understand why each question is asked, practise answering and get feedback, and repeat sessions until their answers improve.
Personal, not scripted
It uses a student's skills, résumé and background to suggest personalised guidance. The aim is not a generic script but helping each student find the strongest honest answer they can give.
Where it is now
Interview OS is in build, in Phase 2 of the fellowship. We will update this story as it ships.
