Who built SynapsN?
Mir Ataul Mohsin (BTF-020) and S. Rohith (BTF-019) are third-year mechanical engineering students at MVSR Engineering College. When they started, they did not know what GitHub was.
The problem: one-day batting
They focused on something almost every student knows: "one-day batting", starting exam preparation right before the exam, when the syllabus feels too big to cover. Students get overwhelmed and struggle to start or to remember what they study.
Discovery
They talked to many students who study this way and asked which tools and approaches they use today. That shaped the product around one immediate need: getting started and making progress.
What SynapsN does
A student uploads a syllabus or lecture PDFs. SynapsN uses AI to understand it, then creates simplified notes, flashcards, summaries and practice quizzes, plus prompts students can use with their own AI assistant. It breaks the syllabus into small, digestible pieces.

An honest promise
The team was clear that SynapsN does not promise you will finish the whole syllabus. It helps you start, cover as much as possible and do your best in the time you have.
Where it is now
SynapsN is live. For two mechanical students who began without knowing GitHub, building it end to end was a major achievement.
What this story shows
A product can create value by lowering the barrier to starting, without promising an unrealistic result.
