The code isn't the hard part anymore. Knowing what to build is, and that's already your job.

01

AI writes the code

Tools like Claude Code turn clear instructions into working software.

02

You know the customer

What to build, what to cut, and when it's ready. Founders judge this better than anyone.

03

We supply the method

A step-by-step process, and a mentor who checks your work at every step.

This is for you if

  • You're a student founder with no builder on the team
  • You have a job and a side idea · Madli
  • You run a business on spreadsheets · Rethink OS, Rethink Flow
  • Investors want to see a product

Not for you if

You want someone else to build it while you wait · you can't give it about 6–8 hours a week · you want a certificate: fellows leave with live products, not paper · you need a guaranteed funding outcome · your v1 needs a physical device, or handles health or bank data at its core. The build plan will tell you.

"I'm non-technical, but I'm building my own Voice AI application for Rethink, and I feel powerful."

Questions founders ask

No. Tools like Lovable and Bolt get you a convincing prototype fast. Where founders get stuck is the last 30%: logins that break, data that leaks between users because security rules weren't set up, and features nobody asked for.

That's why the first phase (Days 1–7) has no AI at all. You do what founders do: pick the problem, understand it in depth, and interview real customers about it. Then you write the documents every founder needs in an AI world, the right way: an ideation document, a PRD (what you're building and why) and an MVP specification (what goes in v1 and what waits). Those decide what the AI builds.

Only then do you start building with AI. Your mentor checks each step with you, every week, and runs a security and production review before you launch. You also learn why each piece works, so you can change it yourself after Day 30 instead of starting over.

Your customers don't need a perfect product. They need a working one.
